A: All of our logos are completely custom and tailored to your specific organization. Nothing is pulled from other sites or reused from previous projects. Our designers are skilled in their craft and provide a Logo Package at the end of each project. This logo package includes JPGs, PNGs, EPS files, and a Branding Guide with your font names and color codes. Our logo development process typically takes 8-14 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the ask. This turns into an estimate of $520 - $910. We provide as many revisions as needed, and once you are in love with your logo, we package it up for you with every type of file you will need.
Q: What do I get in my Logo Package?
A: Every logo package has JPG, PNG, and EPS files of the various versions of your logo. If you want an additional variation, these are typically quick and easy to create. We also provide a Branding Guide, which includes all of your font names and color codes. Providing all of these items gives you the ability to hand your logo file to any printer with confidence or update your social media pages with ease.
Q: How much do websites cost?
A: All websites are different and every client has different needs, so each website project varies on cost. A simple starter site costs around $1,500 and more complex sites can reach up to $5,000 with features like e-commerce (the big kahuna), multiple/long forms, gated content, membership management, monthly subscriptions, etc. We will always work with you to make sure we can create a site within your budget.
Q: How long does it take to build my website?
A: Website Development is broken up into 3 phases and can be done in as quickly as one month, or multiple months, depending on client collaboration, content production, and other factors. Part of this process is receiving content from you, and this can be sometimes tricky to tackle. Clarity will provide you with a Content Worksheet to help guide you through what to write for your website.
Q: How long will my shop.claritydesigncompany.com products take to ship?
A: In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your shipping preferences at checkout. Please note that your order may experience delays due to promotional events or holidays. We primarily ship U.S. orders through USPS; some items could ship through different carriers depending on the size and weight of the order and items ordered. Expedited and International shipping options are available at checkout.
Q: What is your return or exchange policy for shop.claritydesigncompany.com products?
A: We offer return and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchange/refund requests can be submitted here.
